We want you to love your VICI finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; a $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total store credit amount.
Receive Store Credit
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use on your next VICI fashion haul.
